The twenty-first century is a very stressful time to be alive. Many of us cope with tense situations as part of our regular lives. How we live, the pressures of school and work, and so on are just a few of the numerous things that might impact our health and well-being. We should take great care to safeguard what little health we have. Our state of mind and body determines what we do every day.

Workload, personal concerns like relationships or money, lack of personal time, bad food, and excessive media use are everyday stressors. The influence of social media on our daily lives is substantial, and because of social media, we have less time for ourselves and our loved ones. Currently, 3.48 billion individuals are active on social media, and most people publish about themselves and their lives on social media to become famous. No matter how right or incorrect we may be, the life we portray on social media is our life. Our reliance on social media has grown, so we cannot function without it. Ultimately, these are the causes of unhappiness in people's lives since it is clear that everyone today uses a smartphone and spends time on social media sites; therefore, we can assume that social media has spread worldwide. Spending too much time online makes it hard to make time for real-world relationships like family and friends. Disagreements arise when people who should know better express their opinions on social media. In this piece, I want to share my thoughts on the impact of social media on my own life. A few years ago, I became unwell from excessive cell phone usage and social media addiction. Without my phone, I became irritable and took my frustration out on other people, and getting over that tension was a significant challenge for me. After a while, things started to look up, and it was fun; I met new people and went out. This has made me one happy camper.

In addition, many individuals turn to alcohol to relieve the stress they experience daily. These days, everyone, including kids, drinks alcohol. Consuming too much alcohol is bad for health and can lead to severe consequences, including but not limited to breast cancer, mouth cancer, liver problems, heart attacks, and so on. We should appreciate the gift of life and do what we can to take care of our bodies to enjoy it for as long as possible.

Since it is ultimately up to us, we can make positive changes. Physical activity and reducing excessive phone use are the first steps in preserving our health. We need to grasp the significance of our own lives and appreciate them for what they are. Refrain from squandering the one chance you have at life and have a balanced diet. Please do not take this as a green light to binge on booze; instead, it is a reminder to drink responsibly.
