Additionally, by working with other government agencies, the Mental Health Foundation will promote reforms that improve people's mental health and opportunity. Also, by helping individuals maintain a healthy lifestyle, we can reduce the occurrence of mental illness, and the first step is to ensure that we have enough to eat, a safe place to sleep, and a warm blanket on cold nights.
